1. Get good at s*x
This was added as an afterthought, and extra tip.
We all like to dance around the issue in this part of the world, and it's totally understandable, given how deeply religious and pious society expects us to be. 2. Be cool about it

Confidence is attractive when it is properly projected. One way to do that is to be sure of what you want to say, and say it without looking away. You need to look into her eyes when you talk to her if you don’t want to appear like a wimp.

4. Networking
The more people you meet, the bigger pool of people you'll have to choose from. Don't be picky about who you meet or how you meet them. That not-so-pretty girl that sat beside you in church the other day may have a gorgeous sister, and that babe you really do not care much about probably has a light-skinned cute friend who you'd be interested in.
If you're not sure how to start meeting people, go out and pursue hobbies you love. Sign up for activities that sound fun to you, go for events, the Internet is there at your mercy; you can use social media wisely and land yourself a girlfriend.
