4. Brush your teeth Studies repeatedly show that not brushing teeth before bed can lead to some serious health issues, including heart disease. It sounds like a good reason to brush your teeth regularly.

6. Meditate: Yes, meditation is one of those things that can help you wake up looking amazing. Meditation helps get rid of negative thoughts and prepare for sleep. You would fall asleep calm and happy and wake up feeling great and looking beautiful.
